Individual Tax Returns

Minimum of $150 average of $250

  • Preparation of Federal 1040

  • Preparation of all State Returns

  • Electronic Filing of Returns and set up of Direct Deposit for refunds or Electronic withdrawal for payments due

Review of Prior Year Taxes

  • Review of prior year taxes are billed at an hourly rate of $75 per hour. This fee will be applied towards any amended returns deemed necessary. Fees for amended returns follow the above Individual Tax rates

Cost $300

  • Acquisition of Federal Employer Id Number (FEIN)

  • Completion of Secretary of State Articles of Incorporation

  • Registration with State Withholding Agencies

Monthly Services Fee – Minimum $150

  • Calculation of Payroll Checks

  • Electronic payment of monthly payroll taxes on behalf of client

  • Reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts

  • Financial Statements

  • Filing of all quarterly payroll reports

  • Electronic payment of quarterly payroll taxes on behalf of client

  • Sales tax returns if required

  • Electronic payment of sales tax returns on behalf of client

  • Renewal of Annual Corporate Charter with Secretary of State

  • Workman’s Comp Audits

Corporate Tax Returns

Minimum $450

Additional Services are billed at $110 per hour
